The Company shall not enter into business relationships or transactions that directly or indirectly involve countries or persons that are subject to Sanctions Restrictions unless the proposed business relationships or transactions have been verified and authorised in accordance with applicable verification systems and procedures implemented by the Company from time to time. The Company may terminate its business relationship with any counterparty (including the cancellation of all existing contracts) by written notice to the counterparty
